Confirm your candidacy and receive your personalized fasting recommendation.

The Water Fasting Consultation is the next step following your initial Health Screening Questionnaire. Because your screening indicates that therapeutic water fasting may be appropriate for you, you'll meet 1:1 with Dr. Ariel Jones, ND for a comprehensive medical assessment.

During your consultation, Dr. Jones, ND will review your complete medical history, current medications, laboratory results, and wellness goals, answer your questions, and confirm that therapeutic water fasting is appropriate based on a full clinical assessment. Together, you'll determine the program, fasting format, and duration best suited to your individual health needs and goals.

Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalized treatment recommendation and, if appropriate, an invitation to enrol in your recommended therapeutic water fasting program.

Your $250 CAD consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your fasting program should you choose to enrol.
