3 DAY FAST (5 DAY PROGRAM)
Designed for those new to therapeutic water fasting, experience a safe and supportive introduction from the comfort of your home. Under Dr. Ariel Jones, ND's guidance, you'll learn the foundations while receiving personalized medical oversight, daily support, and resources to help you prepare for, complete, and safely transition out of your fast.
Focus: Supporting gut health, immune function, and a gentle therapeutic reset.
Gold Standard
5 DAY FAST (8 DAY PROGRAM)
Take your fasting practice further with a longer, physician-guided program designed to provide additional time for rest, restoration, and therapeutic benefit. Throughout your fast, Dr. Ariel Jones, ND will provide personalized medical oversight, daily support, and guidance through preparation, fasting, and reintroduction to help you get the most from your experience.
Focus: Extended fasting to deepen the therapeutic benefits of gut and immune restoration.

7 DAY FAST (10 DAY PROGRAM)
Our most comprehensive program is designed for individuals seeking a more intensive therapeutic fasting experience. With extended physician supervision, personalized support, and additional time in the fasting state, this program offers the opportunity to explore deeper restorative potential while receiving expert guidance through every stage of the process.
Focus: All the benefits of shorter therapeutic fasts, while building the foundation for safely progressing to extended fasting.

How to Begin
To ensure safe, individualized care, all therapeutic water fasting programs begin with a physician-guided screening process to ensure every participant is an appropriate candidate, and is matched with the program that's best suited to their health, goals, and experience. How it works:
Complete Your Medical Screening
Begin by completing the online Health Screening Questionnaire below, providing as much detail as possible about your health history, current medications, diagnoses, and wellness goals. Your submission will be reviewed by our medical team to determine whether therapeutic water fasting appears to be an appropriate option for you.
If additional information is required, or if therapeutic water fasting is not appropriate at this time, you'll receive guidance on the next steps. In some cases, you may be invited to book a naturopathic consultation with Dr. Ariel Jones, ND to discuss your health and develop a plan to help you become a candidate for therapeutic water fasting in the future.
Water Fasting Consultation
If your Health Screening Questionnaire indicates that therapeutic water fasting may be appropriate, you'll receive an invitation to submit a $250 CAD deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your fasting program.
This deposit secures your 1:1 Water Fasting Consultation with Dr. Ariel Jones, ND. During this comprehensive medical appointment, Dr. Ariel, ND will review your complete medical history, discuss your health goals, confirm whether therapeutic water fasting is appropriate for you, and recommend the fasting program best suited to your individual needs—including program format (distance or residential) and fasting duration.
Please note: It is essential that your Health Screening Questionnaire is completed accurately and includes your complete medical history. If important information is omitted or new medical information is identified during your consultation, Dr. Ariel, ND may determine that therapeutic water fasting is not appropriate at this time.
Program Enrolment & Preparation
Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalized recommendation outlining your recommended fasting program and duration, along with an invoice* for enrolment.
Once enrolled, you'll receive everything you need to prepare for your fast, including your Master Water Fasting Guide, preparation instructions, educational resources, and guidance to help you begin your fasting journey with confidence.
*Your $250 CAD deposit will be applied toward the total program cost.
Pricing for our standard 3, 5 or 7 day fasts begin at $1,500.
